New this season, Warnimont & Wolfe is taking a short list of homes in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We design the display for your house, install it, look after it through the season, then take it down in January. We own the lights and rent you the display, so you never buy, store or untangle anything. Brad confirms every design visit himself.
Palms, rooflines and warm white
South Florida houses light differently. Palm trunks, rooflines, entry columns and long drives are where the light reads best from the street. At the design visit we walk the property, measure every run and photograph the house. Then you get a photo mockup of your home lit up, so you see the plan before you agree to it.
Warm white suits stucco, stone and painted trim. Color works well in the palms. We mix them by zone, and we tell you plainly what clips on cleanly to your roof and walls.

Weather and the season
Coastal weather is hard on anything outdoors. Every Roofline job includes a service call during the season, and the Signature Estate includes maintenance visits. If a run shifts in a storm, call or text and we come back and set it right.
Booking for South Florida homes
This is our first season in South Florida, so the list is short and dates are set with you at the design visit. The design visit is $150 and is credited toward your install. After it you get one all-inclusive price and a one-page agreement.
Booking takes a 50% deposit, and the balance is due the day the display is lit. We do not do electrical work. We use the exterior outlets you already have, and we will say at the visit if you need one added. Call or text Brad at 262-300-7729.
What it costs
We walk the property, measure and photograph the house, then send a photo mockup of your home lit up with one all-inclusive price. The $150 is credited toward your install. Your visit is confirmed once it is paid.
Up to 100 ft of front roofline in warm white commercial-grade C9 LEDs on clips. Timer, a service call in season, January takedown and storage included.
Rooflines, tree wraps, lit wreaths, garland and pathway accents, designed on site. Maintenance visits through the season.
A projection-mapped animated show on your facade with full Estate lighting, designed with Midwest Visuals. A few homes each season.
You rent the display. We own the lights, so there is nothing to buy or store. A 50% deposit at booking holds your install date, and the balance is due the day your display is lit.
How it works
- Design visit. Book online or by text. We come out, measure every run and photograph the house.
- Mockup and price. You get a photo mockup of your home lit up, one all-inclusive price and a one-page agreement.
- Install. Dates set with you at the design visit, on clips, cords tucked away, timer set.
- The season. A bulb out or a run shifted? Call or text and we come back.
- January. Josh and the crew take it all down, pack it and store it for next year.

Will clips work on my roof and walls?
We look at what your roofline and walls are made of at the design visit and tell you plainly what clips on cleanly. Our lights are clip-mounted, with no nails, staples or glue.
What if my house has no outdoor outlet where you need one?
We do not do electrical work. We use your existing exterior outlets and tell you at the visit if you need one added by an electrician.
